Description

Right now there is a Normalize plugin. That plugin can normalize a valuename w.r.t. another valuename. It does not seem possible, however, to normalize a valuename to its (min, max) range. This is useful, for instance, when we want to have several valuenames normalized to a [0, 1] range, or when absolute values cannot be made public but we do not want to normalize against a baseline (i.e., another valuename).

Example:

(before         (after
norm)           norm)
VN              VN
100      norm    1
50      ----->   0
75               0.5

Unless it is implemented in another plugin (Ramon: do we have this?), it would be nice to have such a feature.

This feature is not implemented and we can easily add this number obfuscation feature. I assign it to me.
